Learn the integration of alignment, core engagement and breathing as you progressively build your strength and flexibility.

Mat classes are fun, dynamic and adaptable, which means exercises can be made easier or harder to accommodate different levels.

The Mat Class is a course and valid for the specified number of weeks between the Zurich school holidays.
