Years of working closely with women’s bodies taught me that pressure is never purely cognitive. The body reveals adaptation long before the mind fully understands it — through breath, tension, over-control, withdrawal, and the subtle ways humans compensate under load.

about-me-How I Help You Transform

Trained to see systems.

I trained as a mechanical engineer. What engineering teaches you first is how to think in terms of force, load, and structure — how energy moves through a system, where it accumulates, where it disperses, and what fails when demand exceeds what the structure can hold. That way of seeing has shaped everything I've done since.

Twenty years in real time.

For nearly twenty years, I've worked with women in real time — hands on, guiding transformation, watching what shifts and what doesn't. The last thirteen years of that in my own private practice as a Pilates and movement specialist. It's the kind of feedback loop that trains a read: thousands of iterations of the same forces moving through different structures, watched and adjusted until something changes. Not theory. Not a framework acquired somewhere else. What a practitioner learns from being in the room, and from running her own studio for over a decade.

When the read extended to leaders.

What I kept seeing wasn't weakness or bad form. It was intelligence under constraint. A pattern of holding that had organised itself so precisely around a limitation that it had begun to look like the person's natural way of moving. Adaptation that had crossed the line into compensation, and become invisible to the person carrying it.

Over time, I began seeing the same logic in the women I was working with as leaders — capacity redistributed, compensation looking like capability, the cost staying invisible until the structure couldn't hold it. That's when leadership work became its own arm of what I do.

The work today.

I read the interaction between a woman and the system she leads inside — where load is being carried well, where it's being carried by compensations no one is naming, and what would have to shift for her capacity to go where her role actually needs it: to think, decide, shape, and lead, rather than to manage herself.

"The mind and body are deeply connected and constantly communicating. "

How I can help

My work is for senior women whose responsibility, visibility, or consequence has outgrown the strategies that got them here — women who notice themselves managing their own reception in real time, softening what they know, or catching themselves editing before they've finished thinking.

I also work with organisations that recognise the same pattern from the other side — where senior women are absorbing what the system hasn't yet built the muscle to hold, and leadership capacity is quietly leaking.

The work isn't confidence, communication, or performance. It's capacity — the internal architecture that lets a woman stay connected to her own judgment, voice, and authority as the stakes rise, and the conditions around her that either expand that capacity or quietly consume it.

Start with a conversation

If the patterns I've described are the ones you're inside — or if you're leading in a system where they're showing up in the women around you — an exploration call is where we begin. Thirty minutes on your context and whether this work makes sense for what you're navigating.
